Before You Send Anything Back

Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

Mahagon offers a 15-day return request period starting from the day your order is delivered. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Shipping Guidelines

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, Mahagon will cover return shipping costs up to $15.
Photo or video evidence is required for approval.

Non-Defect Returns (size issues, fit preference, change of mind)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and inserts

For promotional offers (such as “Buy X Get X”), refunds are calculated based on the actual paid value of each item.

Once your return is received, processing may take up to 14 business days.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Outbound shipping fees ($15.00 per item) will be deducted from the refund total.

Items purchased during limited releases, bundles, or special promotions may receive adjusted refund values.


How to Request a Return

Email support@mahagon.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return and the reason

  • Clear photos of the item(s) in original condition (tags and packaging visible)

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation)

Once approved, we will provide the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not send returns to the address listed on your package.

After shipping, please email us your tracking number for reference.
Warehouse inspection typically takes 3–6 business days after delivery.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to a 3% payment processing fee.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, please receive the package and follow the return process outlined above.

Refunds for canceled orders are issued only after the returned items are received and inspected.


Exchanges

Due to limited quantities and drop-based releases, direct exchanges are generally not available.

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item according to this policy.


Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and local charges are non-refundable

  • Customized items, discounted items, and promotional products may be final sale unless defective

  • Blind box / mystery items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

Store Credit

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Orders paid with store credit are not eligible for free return shipping
